You will be the first clinical point of contact for prospective members, guiding them from initial enquiry through onboarding and into ongoing care, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.This is a hybrid role combining clinical assessment, patient onboarding, and ongoing care coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial consultations and assess patient suitabilityProvide clear, evidence-based guidance on treatment optionsSupport patients through onboarding, ensuring informed consent and readinessAct as a key point of contact throughout the patient journeyTriage and respond to clinical queries, escalating when requiredMonitor patient progress and deliver structured follow-upsCoordinate care with the multidisciplinary teamMaintain accurate clinical records and ensure continuity of careContribute to improving patient pathways and overall experienceSkills & ExperienceEssentialRegistered Nurse with active NMBI registrationStrong clinical judgement and patient‑facing experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, in‑person environmentHighly organised, proactive, and accountableDesirableExperience in obesity or metabolic healthFamiliarity with GLP‑1 medicationsExperience in patient onboarding or advisory rolesInterest in progressing to Nurse PrescriberWhat Success Looks LikeHigh patient satisfaction and trustStrong patient engagement and adherence to care plansEfficient onboarding and high-quality patient selectionSeamless, coordinated patient journey from first contact through ongoing care
