The Role: Administration Assistant As an administration assistant, you will assist with the day to day management of the office and management of time charge related appointments, administering and recording time sheets and building monthly invoice submissions to clients, you will also support the finance team with simple book keeping tasks, credit card reconciliations, and booking supplier invoices on to the accounts / ERP system.
This is a key role in driving high-quality performance and maintaining the reputation of Currie & Browns excellence.
Key Responsibilities Collecting, maintaining records of time sheets for projects on a time charge Invoicing projects on a time charge basis Supporting marketing data collection for company records Facilities Management Manage sundry local purchasing such as stationery, checking supplier and sub-contractor invoices Coordination of supplier payments with Finance team Booking travel arrangements for professional staff travelling overseas Manage and ensure HSEQ compliance is maintained Managing PPE for the staff Arranging training courses Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in administration / bookkeeping roles Good basic understanding of accounts procedures and practices Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Competent user of Microsoft Office (experience in SAP or Agresso an advantage) Leaving Certificate Honors level English desirable.
