Job Title: Residential Care Services Manager
Job Description:
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home, ensuring it provides a safe and supportive environment for young people aged 7-18. This role requires strong leadership skills to nurture growth and positive development while meeting company standards and national regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or equivalent management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting. Full driving licence and access to own transport are essential. Three years experience of working at social care grade with children/young persons is required, as well as experience leading teams within the health or social care sector.
