Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner
The role of the Strategic HR Business Partner is a key position in supporting both strategic and operational business activities across the site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including talent planning and workforce development.
* Lead on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organisational development initiatives.
* Support the implementation of change management projects, engagement initiatives, and policy development.
* Guide line managers through human resources policies, procedures, and best practice.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in human resources, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment. CIPD qualified, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
