About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and services.
* Handle all administrative tasks associated with sales, including customer contracts, insurance, repair requests, stock monitoring, and payments.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Vodafone's products, price plans, promotions, and services.
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
* Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Flexibility to work weekday and weekends.
* Experience in electronic or telecom sales is an advantage but not required.
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Proficient in computer use.
* Strong ability to work as part of a sales team.
* Competence in managing administrative tasks and customer service.
* Commitment to maintaining store standards.
