We are working a new cyber security requirement for a global company expanding its cyber function as part of a major security transformation. The company is building a new, focused team to strengthen protection across IT and Security environments worldwide.
The Role
This is a key position within a newly established global cyber team. The Cyber Security Specialist will support a multi-year security rollout across over 200 manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent security standards and resilience.
This is a strategic and hands-on role offering global exposure and the chance to make a visible impact. You'll help shape and implement cybersecurity standards across a complex, high-growth business operating in over 80 countries.
Key Focus Areas
* Implementing and monitoring governance, compliance & security controls
* Managing vulnerability assessments, risk remediation, and incident response
* Aligning with ISO 27001, NIST and IEC 62443 frameworks
* Driving security awareness and best practice across global teams
What You'll Bring
* Strong background in cybersecurity or risk management
* Experience applying security frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR, IEC 62443)
* Knowledge of OT/ICS environments or a strong interest in learning
* Ability to perform audits, interpret risks and influence change
* Confident communicator with technical and business stakeholders
