A manufacturing company seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. The role reports to the Quality Manager and will carry out inspection and auditing duties within the company as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that the audited product meets quality standards
* Recording inspection/audit results, filing, and archiving of records as defined by procedure
* Highlighting any discrepancies found during auditing, including safety and housekeeping
* Assisting in the certification process of operators
* Supporting Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed
Requirements:
* Ability to interpret specifications
* Good Communication skills
* Positive approach, able to prioritize workload and see tasks through to completion
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively
