Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and ensure a seamless booking experience for all guests. You will oversee room allocations, group bookings, and manage rates while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate the reservations team.
* Oversee room allocations, group bookings, and booking systems.
* Ensure accuracy of bookings, rates, and inventory.
* Liaise with other hotel departments to support operations.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports.
* Resolve guest booking issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office management.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar PMS systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible to support peak periods, weekends, and events.
* Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
