**Job Title:** Sales & Marketing Executive - Agri
Our Client is a progressive and expanding agri business that provides its customers with an extensive varied and seasonal product range.
Role Requirements:
* Engage with livestock farmers (primarily dairy), assessing their needs, and recommending suitable product solutions.
* Support the sales team in promotion and development of marketing campaigns.
* Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to farmers.
* Contribute to achieving annual sales targets within a supportive team environment.
* Assist colleagues in coordinating and processing customer orders.
* Utilize our company's IT system to efficiently manage the order fulfilment process.
* Contribute innovative ideas to support business growth and expansion.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience interacting with farmers in a commercial agricultural setting.
* Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of dairy farming systems and practices.
* 3rd level qualification in Agricultural Science (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of dairy farming operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective farmer interaction.
* Proactive and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
* Strong administrative and IT skills.
* Ambition to grow within the agricultural services sector.
