Job Description
CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to support our multinational BioTechnology client at their new facility in Limerick. This is an initial 12-month contract opportunity with on-site presence required full-time for at least three months, and hybrid working possible after this.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the site training system, as well as training support associated with the governance of the Training system.
Key Responsibilities
* Training and Documentation Support;
* Support the continued set up and roll out of the Corporate Training Management System for the Limerick Site.
* Manage training materials, curricula, and learning plans for the Limerick site.
* Create and manage site procedures in accordance with site Training SOP.
* Collaborate with other GMP system owners/administrators on interfaces with the training administration system.
* Manage curriculum creation and maintenance, learning plan management, qualification management, individual training history maintenance, and produce reports from Learning Management System.
* Produce ad hoc reports requested by individual learners, leaders, and others, and routine reports for periodic reporting.
* Evaluate training compliance and support training qualification compliance management.
* Identify and address business training needs, troubleshoot potential training problems, review key gaps/metrics, and coordinate gap closure.
* Provide general assistance with scheduling and organizing training courses.
* Develop and implement training initiatives in alignment with current and anticipated business needs.
* Track and report site training metrics routinely.
* Assist with implementing new training initiatives, including process improvement projects and new product introductions.
Requirements
* Hons Degree in relevant discipline (ideally).
* Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
* Proficient in MS Office applications and training database administration (Experience with Success Factors, ServiceNow an advantage).
* Familiarity with cGMPs requirements.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritise multiple projects and requests.
