Airside Scaffolding Contractors Limited is seeking a Scaffolding Operative to work at 5 Waterside Rise, Swords Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 TD50. This is a full-time position of 39 hours per week, with an annual salary of €34,000. The Scaffolding Operative will assist in loading, unloading, organising and positioning scaffolding materials, supporting the basic assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures under the supervision of senior team members. Duties include following all site safety procedures, reporting hazards to supervisors, and performing manual tasks such as securing components, bracing, fastening and preparing structural elements. The role also involves assisting in the erection of jib, derrick and similar hoisting equipment, installing ropes, pulleys and other lifting tackle, forming rope slings, ladders, netting and other rigging, as well as measuring, cutting and repairing wire or fibre ropes. The operative will work collaboratively with the scaffolding team to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.
