Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Network Health department, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining parcel lockers on client sites.
Your tasks will include break-fix, maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors.

About the Role:
* You will diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
* Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines, including implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
* Diagnostics, reconfiguration, installation of computer software or firmware for computer electronic electromechanical equipment ensuring compatibility security compliance in your work as Field Service Engineer
