I'm supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they continue to grow their Personal Lines teams in both Letterkenny and Sligo. They're looking to speak with people who are either fully qualified (APA/CIP) or part‑qualified with one or two exams completed and a strong commitment to finishing the pathway.
If you have experience in Personal Lines and enjoy a mix of renewals, client service, and sales activity, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing
9. Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention across Personal Lines
10. Cross‑selling and up‑selling where appropriate
11. Ensuring all documentation, compliance steps and system updates are completed accurately
12. Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service
13. Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
14. Supporting customers with a "first‑time‑right" mindset
What they're looking for
15. APA required (or nearly there) or CIP qualified
16. Experience in insurance, brokerage or insurer is essential
17. Experience in a fast‑paced insurance environment
18. Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑care skills
19. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
20. Comfortable working across multiple systems (knowledge of Relay is an advantage)
21. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing, digital‑focused environment
