As we expand our marketing efforts, we're looking to bring on a motivated and proactive CRM and Marketing Executive to support our campaigns and initiatives.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to take ownership of day-to-day marketing tasks.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to help drive traffic, improve lead generation, and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Assist in implementing and maintaining the CRM system to support customer communications and lead nurturing
* Carry out ongoing SEO work including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
* Create and update content for blogs, emails, and landing pages with guidance from the Marketing Manager
* Help track key marketing metrics and prepare reports using Google Analytics and other tools
* Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices and suggest ways to improve campaign performance
* Assist with social media scheduling and engagement (good to have)
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently under direction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
* Familiarity with social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Experience using design tools like Canva or basic video editing tools
* Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
