Job Role Overview
The HSQE Officer Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining health, safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a secure and accountable work environment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Health and Safety Compliance:
* Support the development, review and update of safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
2. Quality Assurance:
* Maintain, update and enhance the company's quality management system.
* Perform internal quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
3. Environmental Management:
* Implement and maintain environmental management systems that align with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct environmental audits and inspections to monitor performance.
4. Training and Communication:
* Design and deliver training programs to promote health, safety, quality and environmental best practices.
* Communicate policy updates and information to team members.
5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections and audits.
