Youll engage with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to define and deliver an enterprise roadmap that supports the business goals and ensures alignment across initiatives.
As the Enterprise Architect, youll manage the overall architecture practice, provide guidance across solution delivery, and act as a trusted escalation point for complex, cross-functional challenges.

Operate confidently at executive level, influencing and advising on technology investment and business transformation priorities.
Manage the architecture practice, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment of standards across all domains.
Support end-to-end solution delivery, providing oversight and guidance on solution integrity and acting as an escalation point for architectural or delivery issues.
Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture principles, frameworks, and tools to ensure agility, scalability, and innovation.
Collaborate with business owners and delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement and thought leadership within the architecture community.
About You Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Head of Architecture in a complex, multi-domain organisation.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at executive and board levels.
Deep understanding of business strategy, technology ecosystems, and enterprise roadmapping.
Experience managing architecture teams or practices, including governance and capability development.
Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end delivery, balancing strategic intent with practical outcomes.
