Job Title
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Faculty activities and oversee daily administrative operations.
* Support Executive Dean and Dean/Board in discharging functions.
* Supervise administration staff in the Faculty office.
* Liaise with finance department and support Executive Dean in Audit and Finance.
* Support Executive Dean in Business planning, implementation, and review.
* Attend relevant committee meetings as directed by Executive Dean.
* Manage and coordinate Faculty operations.
* Assure Board management compliance.
* Work with administration team to deliver strategic objectives.
* Execute Faculty strategic plan.
* Coordinate data to meet strategic and operational objectives.
* Develop stakeholder engagement plan and internal staff meetings.
* Oversee educational, training, and professional development programs.
* Develop market engagement, quality management, and communications processes.
* Support Executive Dean in budget development and annual business planning.
* Build relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
* Organise efficient handover to returning post-holder.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Team leadership skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Microsoft Office experience essential.
* Tech / IT literacy including Moodle, MS Teams Zoom.
* Good organisational skills and initiative.
* Excellent communication and reporting capability.
* Task management and prioritisation.
* Ability to learn quickly and respond to changing needs.
