You will ensure robust financial management, compliance with relevant standards, and provide strategic insights to drive organisational success.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial and management reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate information for senior leadership and board committees.Ensure integrity of annual financial statements in compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards.Drive financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting processes.Implement and manage strong financial controls aligned with legislation and regulatory requirements.Contribute to organisational strategy as part of the senior management team.Develop process improvements to enhance reporting capabilities and drive efficiencies.Manage relationships with auditors, bankers, investment advisors, insurance brokers, and other professional partners.Lead change initiatives within the finance function while supporting broader organisational changes.Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of the finance team.About YouYou are a qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE). You have strong technical expertise in accounting standards, advanced Excel skills, and ideally experience with Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics.
