We are seeking an experienced conveyancing administrator to join our growing property team.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing files. This will include preparing and processing contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements, as well as carrying out Land Registry applications and submitting Stamp Duty returns.
You will also be required to liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and other law firms, keeping case files up to date and assisting with post-completion work. Additionally, you will draft routine correspondence and manage telephone/email queries, booking appointments and managing solicitor diaries.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years experience in a conveyancing secretary role
* Strong working knowledge of conveyancing procedures and Land Registry requirements
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused manner
