Key Responsibilities:
* Develop policies and procedures for the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with subject-matter experts from various functions across the business to create content for workshops, video recordings, and eLearning modules.
* Design learning roll-out plans to scope the need for technical training and maintain the current eLearning library.
* Provide insight and intelligence on key trends, opportunities, and challenges with current and upcoming training requirements and projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a background in Policy Creation and Developing Programs with 7+ years of experience in Policy, Learning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management roles.
