Job DescriptionGreeting guests and completing procedures on check in & check outManaging and handling phone reservations, confirming previously-made reservations & answering any customer queriesProcessing payments and balancing financial recordsHandling guest inquiries & complaints, and contacting necessary personnel to follow up.Delivering excellent customer service to all guests at all timesThe successful candidate will be required to have:Minimum 1 years' experience as a ReceptionistExperience in working with "Hotsoft" system will be an advantageExceptional Customer Service skillsKnowledge of Microsoft word, outlook & excel and experience with an office management system is an assetAbility to work flexible hours – evenings & weekendsExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsMust process a "Can Do" attitudeWell organised and ability to work on your own initiativeBe efficient with great organisational skillJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
