If you thrive in agile environments and enjoy owning the QA process end-to-end, you'll feel right at home here.What You'll DoAs the QA lead within your development pod, you will own the quality lifecycle and ensure each release meets the highest standards.Validate web and mobile experiences, ensuring accurate content, functional links, correct rendering of visual assets, and smooth integration with external tools.Perform functional, integration, accessibility, and end-to-end manual testing to uncover defects and validate new features.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and JavaScript, improving coverage and efficiency.Analyze test results to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.Document defects clearly and effectively using tools such as Jira or Xray.Collaborate closely with developers to understand system functionality and testing impact.Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding test progress, risks, and results.Continuously refine and optimize automated tests for better performance and reliability.Stay current with evolving QA tools, technologies, and best practices.What You'll Bring3+ years of manual testing experience for web applications.Experience designing and writing automated tests using JavaScript and frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium.Hands-on experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira/Xray).Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.Experience in accessibility testing.Strong communication skills to clearly present QA findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly driven mindset with a passion for product quality and user experience.Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments such as agencies, consultancies, or startups.Why Join EX Squared?At EX Squared LATAM, you'll collaborate with global teams on meaningful, high-impact digital projects while working in a culture built on innovation, learning, and human connection.
