Overview
Barden have been engaged exclusively by one of the worlds most recognised brands to identify a Finance Project Lead. The business is undertaking significant system enhancement projects across Finance in the coming years, and you’ll be responsible for managing these projects in line with the strategic objectives of the Finance Department and the business as a whole.

Responsibilities
* Manage UAT testing efforts across various projects, ensuring effective coordination and execution
* Develop and implement comprehensive UAT strategies
* Lead collaboration across cross functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless integration of testing efforts to support successful outcomes
* Maintain open communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in resolving key issues
* Lead test resources to ensure successful project completion
* Contribute to continuous improvement culture, ensuring processes follow industry standards and best practices
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and influencing skills
* A solution driven individual with a track record of facilitating change
* Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* SAP experience is a plus in a multinational environment
* Highly organised individual who has the ability to multi-task
* Finance qualification is an advantage
