EZ Living Interiors are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Purchasing Administrator to join their growing team, based at their head office in Little Island.

Key Responsibilities
* Raising purchase orders and reconciling orders from purchase to delivery.
* Processing customers' special orders.
* Creating daily/weekly/monthly reports.
* Dealing with Irish & International suppliers.
* Handling internal & external purchasing queries.
* Coordinating order edits & managing stock outages/issues.
* Liaising with suppliers & maintaining key supplier relations.
* Coordinating with colleagues in nationwide stores and the warehouse.
* Price referencing, stock forecasting & procurement of goods.
The Candidate
* Experience working with suppliers and purchasing is desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
* Proven IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong stock system management.
* Excellent organizational and self-management skills within a busy environment.
* Superior communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and with individuals at all levels of the business.
