We are going through a period of sustained growth and are looking to recruit an ambitious Digital Marketing Platforms Executive to help continue that journey.
The Digital Marketing Platforms Executive will be responsible for implementation, optimisation, and on‑going delivery of world‑class digital platforms that support marketing operations for large‑scale, multi‑channel campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for co‑ordination with in‑house web development, Azure, and Dynamics 365 teams, web digital design and UX agencies, website content agencies, and marketing department team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing platforms across website, CRM, email, SEO, and digital content platforms.
Support the delivery of digital projects by working cross‑functionally with colleagues in Spanish Point, to identify and capture development requirements for our digital platforms and translate them into project briefs and tasks.
Ensure support and delivery of our strategy by managing the development roadmap across all digital platforms with external development and design agencies.
Deliver digital platform strategies with formats and functionality optimised to engage and convert target audiences outlined in our audience segmentation strategy.
Ensure our digital platforms are live and accessible by monitoring domain registrations, SSL certs, and DNS records.
Provide training and support to both internal and external users on Spanish Point’s digital platforms as needed.
Be the in‑house owner of the Sitecore CMS, supported by an in‑house development team and an external Sitecore partnership team.
Ensure colleagues are informed of updates by communicating plans and releases on Spanish Point’s digital platforms to internal users.
Maintain a close working relationship with the IT team and keep them informed of any relevant projects and developments from the Marketing Team to anticipate and plan infrastructure requirements.
Working with the marketing team, champion a customer‑focused mindset, with win:win content strategy implementation based on insight and analytics. Monitor performance, analyse results, and make recommendations to optimise digital platforms and marketing content.
Track and improve platform performance against set KPIs, including utilisation, engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead generation.
Work closely with Head of Marketing to run reporting for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Support development and implementation campaign approaches to drive lead generation.
Monitor budget allocation across digital platforms to achieve maximum impact of marketing spend.
Keep the organisation future‑proofed by researching new innovations and best practice. Stay up to date with B2B digital marketing and technology industry trends. Recommend new platforms and marketing campaign ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor data accuracy and lead qualification in the CRM, as well as integration of marketing platforms including Spanish Point Technologies website properties. Implement changes as required to support marketing campaign reporting needs.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
You will have at least 3 years of experience in technology related product and services marketing (UX, marketing technology project management, digital and content marketing campaigns).
Proven track record of flawless project management and delivery for enterprise‑grade marketing projects and systems.
Proven experience with SEO, landing page and conversion rate optimisation.
Hands‑on experience with marketing platforms including email marketing, CRM systems, website CMS and SEO management platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Semrush and other tracking tools.
You will have excellent English language presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
Previous experience working within a Microsoft partner ecosystem, SaaS, or B2B Marketing.
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with website Sitecore XM Cloud / Sitecore AI CMS.
Familiarity with email marketing including ClickDimensions or similar B2B automation and ecomms platforms.
Demonstrable experience collaborating with internal cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Previous working experience as a product owner and/or knowledge of ‘Agile’ process and principles advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Technology.
