Internal Sales Executive An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a leading organisation based in Larne. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position. Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm With a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Purpose: As an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Internal Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating quality outbound leads and following up on inbound inquiries. This position is ideal for someone with a strong focus on sales and customer service, ready to engage both new and existing customers through various sales strategies including cold calling and attending industry events. Essential Criteria: Minimum 12 months experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or telesales. Experience in lead/appointment generation campaigns, measurement, targeting, and lead process management. Strong IT skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Actively source new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing. Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Utilise virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers. Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products. Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
