Agri Sales Executive - Ballymena - Permanent

We’re recruiting for an Agri Sales Executive to join a highly respected, award-winning manufacturer based in Ballymena.
About the role:
£32,000 per annum
Monday to Friday (8.00 am – 5.00pm)
40 hours per week.
The role will be based in head office in Ballymena (however travel will be required)

What you'll be doing in this role:
Identify and develop new market opportunities across the agricultural sector.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage incoming enquiries — price, process, and follow up to secure sales.
Liaise effectively with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate despatch and delivery dates.
Attend farm visits, customer meetings, and trade shows across the UK and Ireland (approx. two weeks per month).
Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, ensuring enquiries are tracked and followed up.
Contribute ideas for new products, market development, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all sales transactions and customer discounts are handled accurately in line with company procedure.
Support the wider sales and marketing plan through proactive communication and teamwork.
What you'll need for this role:
Proven sales experience, ideally within the agriculture, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Proactive, organised, and commercially aware with the ability to work to targets.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland as required.
