The Role - MEP Design Manager
MEP Design Manager Location: Maynooth - onsite Salary: €80 - 100K plus benefits DOE
We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager to join the International Pre-Construction Team, playing a key role in shaping technically robust, fully coordinated MEP solutions on major projects. This is a highly visible role with strong influence on project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all MEP design deliverables in line with client and construction requirements
Act as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on MEP design matters
Drive design milestones, quality assurance, and controlled implementation of design changes
Oversee review and approval of construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
Support BIM coordination and manage as-built documentation through to project handover
About You
Degree-qualified in MEP or a related engineering discipline, with several years' relevant experience
Strong background in MEP design coordination, site inspections, and commissioning processes
Solid working knowledge of BIM, CAD tools, and digital design management
Confident communicator with a solution-focused mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
