Key Responsibilities:
* Document Preparation and Signing: Responsible for preparing and signing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Document Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of documents requiring legalization, working closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
* International Document Management: Manage the uploading of documents to our internal system, ensuring seamless integration and data protection.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including printing, scanning and ad-hoc projects, to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Administration Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or executive assistance, preferably in a legal or compliance environment.
* Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures and documentation.
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
