Role: Health & Safety Officer
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction health and safety; qualification in Occupational Health and Safety; IOSH membership preferred; ability to manage risk and implement control measures; confident in delivering health and safety meetings and presentations
Location: Based onsite in Co.Wicklow
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000

Overseeing: Implementation of health and safety systems, contractor compliance, risk management, and on-site audits.
Reporting to: Health & Safety Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor the company's Health & Safety Management System on-site.
2. Identify and address hazards, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, reporting non-conformances.
4. Enforce site safety rules and ensure contractor compliance.
5. Support incident investigations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety improvements.
