Responsibilities
* Maximise the store's sales and profitability
* Deliver unequalled levels of customer service through the team
* Motivate the team and assist them in achieving agreed objectives
* Liaise with peers and Head Office departments
* Develop the brand name and image of the company through compliance with all company policy and procedures
* Promote high visual merchandising standards; ensure store housekeeping standards are continually achieved
What we’re looking for
* Previous line management experience
* Strong coaching and development skills to establish a high performance team
* High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
* Proven track record of driving sales
* Ability to excel in a commercially focused environment
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Customer service: 3 years (required)
* Fashion retail: 2 years (required)
* Retail management: 3 years (required)
