Procurement Administrator (Part-Time) About Viska Systems Viska Systems is an award-winning provider of AI-powered Machine Vision and Robotics solutions. What Were Looking For We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to support our growing operations. This is a part-time position (5 mornings on-site in Buttevant, Cork), ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, supplier communication, and ensuring smooth stock and purchasing processes. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and our stock systems to ensure timely procurement, accurate inventory control, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities Supplier Communication: Liaise with existing and new suppliers; arrange NDAs for new vendor onboarding as needed. Purchasing Operations: Issue quote requests to suppliers and manufacturers. Place purchase orders and track delivery timelines. Follow up with suppliers on any delays, issues, or discrepancies in orders. Inventory Control: Receive goods, assign and place stock on shelves, update inventory records, and maintain accurate stock levels. Track critical consumables and register work orders to reflect stock usage in operations and projects. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all purchasing and inventory activities are compliant with ISO 9001 standards. Maintain proper documentation and digital records of procurement and inventory activities. Qualifications & Skills 3 years experience in purchasing, inventory management, logistics, or related operations preferred. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and follow-up skills, especially with suppliers. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Capable of safely lifting and handling light to moderate weight items. Familiarity with inventory systems/ ERP software and of ISO 9001 is a plus. Available to work part-time (5 mornings on-site).
