Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Application Support Analyst, based in Cork with some flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support and technical troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving issues, and improving system performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve support requests will be a key aspect of the role, alongside ensuring timely communication with stakeholders regarding technical updates and solutions.QualificationsProven experience in Application Support and Technical SupportStrong Analytical Skills with a problem-solving mindsetProficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyExcellent Communication skills for conveying detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilitiesExperience with remote collaboration tools and ticketing systems is advantageousBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
