Description
Take full responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and site logistics.
Act as the primary point of contact on-site, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Conduct progress reviews and ensure accurate reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager.
Manage site safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
Collaborate with the Site Engineer to verify the quality and accuracy of works, ensuring timely resolution of defects or non-compliance issues.
Maintain comprehensive site records and ensure documentation is up to date in Procore.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland
