Job Summary
This role oversees daily site operations and construction activities for a major library project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily site operations and coordinate RC frame construction activities
2. Supervise subcontractors and trades to optimize workflow efficiency
3. Ensure site safety, conduct inspections, and enforce compliance protocols
4. Coordinate deliveries, materials, plant, and logistics operations
5. Monitor quality control to meet architectural and structural expectations
6. Conduct daily briefings and support progress reporting
7. Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver on programme requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience managing medium-scale RC frame and public-sector/commercial builds. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
