Job Title: Training Support Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content and systems. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create effective learning solutions that cater to the business area's needs.
This position requires a high degree of organization and prioritization skills, as it involves managing multiple projects and requests simultaneously. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office applications and training development is essential for success in this role.
Description of Duties:
* Support the set up and roll out of the Corporate Training Management System.
* Contribute to the design, development, and management of training materials, curricula, and learning plans.
* Assist in creating and managing training documents in accordance with site SOPs.
* Manage curriculum creation, risk assessments, content creation, learning plans, qualification plans, individual training history maintenance, and reporting from the Learning Management System.
* Evaluate and ensure training compliance and support training qualification compliance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and address business training needs by troubleshooting potential training problems, reviewing key gaps/metrics, and coordinating gap closure.
* Provide assistance with scheduling and organizing training courses.
* Ensure training documentation requirements are included in functional or training schedules.
* Guide teams on the usage of Training Tools and Templates, ensure instructor qualifications are met, and ensure a plan exists for path to qualification.
* Share best practices among other resources, attend required meetings, track, and report training metrics.
Requirements:
* Hons degree in relevant discipline (ideally).
* Train the Trainer qualification.
* Quality Assurance qualification (very desirable).
* Equivalent education or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
Experience:
* 3-5 years Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Med Device industry experience essential.
Key Attributes Required:
* Proficient in MS Office applications and training development.
* Familiarity with cGMPs requirements.
* Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritise multiple projects and requests.
* Experience with Success Factors an advantage.
