Store Manager, Supermac's Park Ri - Cavan Road, Kells, Co. Meath
Park Ri- DMD United Enterprises Ltd are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee Supermac's & Papa Johns Pizza operations at our Food Court at Cavan Road, Kells, Co. Meath.
We are a prominent motorway services and food court destination, currently employing 125 staff across our diverse operations, which include seven distinct food outlets. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, a competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate.
Supermac's operates over 100 restaurants nationwide and employs in excess of 2,200 people. Supermac's and Papa John's Pizza restaurants are expanding at an unprecedented rate, with over 100 restaurants open all over Ireland and aggressive expansion plans both in the Republic, Northern Ireland and beyond.
We are currently inviting candidates to apply for the position of Store Manager.
The Store Manager provides the overall leadership and supervision to all the staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for their individual store.
Job Description
Take the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training and development.
Build and maintain high sales and profits.
Investigate and respond directly to customer complaints.
Operate within the guidelines of the law.
Be fully flexible with regard to working hours, including weekends and nights.
Meet set targets with regard to food costs, labour costs, customer counts, mystery shopper and pizza audit scores.
Possess ability to plan and prioritise.
Job Requirements
3‑5 years management experience at the Store Manager level in the Fast Food Industry.
Management of a team of 25‑30 people.
Must have knowledge of hygiene regulations.
Possess HACCP qualifications.
Desire to excel in customer service.
Flair for food.
Experience in driving a fast‑paced high‑volume store.
Must be flexible in availability on working hours.
Enthusiastic, customer‑focused, friendly and hardworking.
