Main Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the Rooms Division, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of departmental heads, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Implement effective communication strategies, facilitating seamless interactions between Front Office and other departments.
* Manage financial duties, including shift balancing, cash variances, float checks, and open folios, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
* Conduct Guest Relation Manager shifts, prioritizing guest satisfaction and delivering outstanding service.
* Develop and implement the Priority Club and Ambassador Programme, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
* Cultivate a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, productivity, and succession planning.
* Oversee payroll and departmental expenses, maintaining fiscal discipline and accountability.
* Analyze key reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
