Service Advisor Career Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles. Your key responsibilities will include managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the dealership, and the customer, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
* To qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
* To establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
* To calculate workshop capacity insuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system.
* To manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
Requirements:
* Impeccable appearance and well presented to work in a corporate environment.
* Good oral & written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Able to record accurately all relevant details.
* Ability to 'up sell' additional work / accessories.
* An ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers as required.
