Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of hospital operations, supporting senior management and healthcare professionals. This role combines traditional administrative duties with project support, quality assurance, and consultant file management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of consultant files, practice privileges, annual/tri-annual reviews, and consultant mandatory training
* Maintenance of hospital policies/procedures for accreditation and audits
* Minute taking at meetings e.g., H&S, TUG, EUG
