Procurement Professional
The Global Procurement Organization manages over $4.5 billion of spend across more than 2,000 suppliers and aims to achieve an annual cost reduction goal of over $100 million.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Procurement Leaders to drive cost savings and support material supply.
2. Develop and sustain relationships with Finance leaders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment on Sourcing activity.
3. Collaborate with site Finance and Procurement teams to analyze and deliver on PPV targets; ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance to accounting policies.
4. Lead the annual Materials Standard Cost Roll process and present consolidated results to Senior Leadership.
5. Monitor and challenge performance using data and analysis produced by finance teams and procurement analysts.
6. Influence and educate Global Procurement team on investment appraisal methodologies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
2. 10+ years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in corporate financial reporting, manufacturing accounting, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. People management experience.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic partner to GQO Procurement Leaders and have strong connection between Finance and Procurement.
