About the Role
As a Manager of Data Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and leading a multi-year strategy to deploy cutting-edge reporting and analytical capabilities. This role resides within the Supply Chain Planning Excellence team and requires a strong understanding of industry methodologies and benchmarks.
The successful candidate will drive operational efficiencies and initiate transformational projects when needed. They will guide the organization through changes while ensuring effective execution of current processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data and analytics platforms.
* Build and deploy self-service data platforms with curated datasets.
* Align platform capabilities with technology roadmaps and lead their deployment.
* Establish governance for new enhancements initiatives and strategies.
* Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of standard methodologies to business reporting/analytics capabilities on the platform.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance reporting and analytical solutions.
You will use analytics to drive business process improvements and supply chain performance. This includes deploying strategies to improve operational effectiveness within analytics, co-developing targeted insights and analytics for key decision-makers, and leading project management efforts for analytics development and platform enhancements.
This position will work closely with various Supply Chain stakeholders, including all levels of the Planning function, Make, Deliver, Source, Information Technology, Strategy and Innovation, Product Management or other Supply Chain functions/leaders.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operational Research, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering or equivalent/advanced degree/MBA. Relevant experience working within a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a highly matrixed, global, and virtual environment is required.
Prior experience with data acquisition platforms, data & analytics, and visualization platform delivery is necessary. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python Alteryx and Tableau is preferred.
