The Clinical Nurse Manager III Out of Hours will oversee the allocation and development of resources including personnel and staff training. They will facilitate communication among healthcare teams and provide support in the absence of an Assistant Director of Nursing on duty, reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
