**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** .
**Level of education and qualification:** BS /BA and relevant experience (Animal Health, Consumer Healthcare or Human Rx Pharmaceuticals) required.
MBA preferred.
Experience of both Vet/Medical Professional and Pet Owner / Consumer marketing required.
years of related experience and a proven record Excellent knowledge of commercial operations particularly of the animal health industry is desirable Extensive capabilities as commercial/marketing leader, ideally as Senior marketing role strategic or operationally Strong financial analysis skills and proven ability to manage budgets and expenses.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in developing and executing brand strategies, programs, and tactics to achieve and surpass market share and revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to be a team player and player/coach.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to oversee complex, cross-functional projects that require input from many internal and external stakeholders.
**Professional experience/capabilities:** Possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing disciplines; brand management; market research; communications strategy; customer insight; and marketing material development.Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
