Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure security operations are conducted in a legally compliant, professional, and profitable manner.
* Provide on-site guidance to security personnel as required.
* Offer assistance, support, and advice to security professionals.
* Conduct periodic training exercises for security personnel as needed.
* Coordinate staffing schedules/weekly rosters.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant operations of all designated accounts.
* Play a central role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and secure workplace environment.
* Meet with clients to proactively address security, emergency, and safety matters.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience working in logistics or a similar industry.
* A proven track record in security operations management.
* A critical eye for security risks.
* Previous investigation experience from inception to execution.
* Experience in managing third-party contractors.
* Experience in conducting security audits.
* Flexibility with regard to working hours.
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in IT applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of current regulatory knowledge.
* Leadership and people management skills.
