With more thanfive years of secured work throughout Dublin, they are seeking an experienced leadForeman / Site Managerto take responsibility for the final delivery stages of high-quality builds while supporting overall site management.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSite ManagementManage coordinating daily site operations.Supervise and direct subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications.Ensure all site activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of works.Assist in scheduling, sequencing of works, and maintaining project timelines.Participate in site meetings and provide updates on progress.Finishing & Quality ControlOversee all finishing phases including internal fit-out, external finishes, snagging, and handover, may have some support of a Finishing ForemanEnsure the highest level of workmanship across all trades.Manage and close out snags using digital snagging tools (e.g., Snag List Pro, Procore, or similar).Conduct regular inspections and maintain strict quality assurance standards.Health & SafetyMaintain a safe working environment and enforce company safety procedures.Report and address any safety issues promptly.Contribute to toolbox talks and H&S planning.Requirements5+ years' experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on commercial, retail, industrial, civil, or building projects.Proven experience overseeing projects as Site Lead, managing subcontractors, site teams etc.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards.Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.Strong background in high-quality finishing and fit-out works.Relevant tickets (Safepass, Manual Handling; Site Management qualifications desirable).Full clean driver's licence.What's on OfferLong-term pipeline: 5+ years of continuous work throughout Dublin.Career progression into Site Manager or Project Management roles.Opportunity to work across diverse project types: commercial, industrial, civil, and building.Supportive management team and strong company culture.Competitive salary + package (DOE).
