Job Title: FRENCHCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am to 4pm (on Fridays)
Salary: €28,000
Benefits: After 6 months, employees are entitled to Laya Healthcare. There is also an annual bonus, free parking, the option to "buy" additional annual leave and the option to join the company pension scheme.
Hybrid working policy: For the first 6 months, employees work on-site with the option to then apply for hybrid working 1 - 3 days from home. This depends on individual performance.
Training and Support: The training and support given is excellent, with two department Trainers, 2Team Leads and a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, there will always be someone on hand to support new starters.

POSITION SUMMARY
* You will be joining a friendly team of Customer Service professionals and full training and support will be provided.
* You will deal with queries via; Telephone, E-mail and Chat. You will predominantly be assisting customers and partners in mainland Europe.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to; order queries, price queries, complaints, queries, refunds etc.
* Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
* Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working within a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, 25 of which work on the European team.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Fluency in spoken and written French.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment (this could be office based experience or retail/hospitality based).
* Good communications skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
* Applications will be considered from people that have not worked in a corporate office environment before. Full training will be given once applicants can demonstrate the ability and want to provide an excellent quality customer service.
