Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Group Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with driving business growth by continuing to provide excellent service to our existing customer base, identifying and developing new commercial opportunities across vehicle conversions, Scattolini body builds, and Sortimo shelving systems.
This multifaceted role involves conducting market research into key sectors, actively promoting CAFCO’s full range of services, and providing valuable assistance with the tender management process from preparation to submission and diligent follow-up.
A key focus will be on account management, serve as the main contact for clients to ensure strong relationships, work within the existing technical and compliance support team to provide effective customer solutions, and consistent aftersales support. Furthermore, the role includes contributing to sales and marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and representing CAFCO at industry events to promote its premium products and partnerships.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a business development or sales capacity, preferably within the automotive, fleet, or vehicle conversion sectors.
* Demonstrable experience in managing tenders and RFPs.
* Familiarity with LCV conversions, body building, or shelving systems is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first approach.
* Excellent project coordination and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
* A full, valid driving licence is required
