Sales Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage with visitors in the show area, providing a friendly and informative experience.
* Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
* Deliver detailed information on product specifications, customization options, and features.
* Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
* Prepare accurate and timely quotations and follow up with customers as required.
* Record sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.
Ideal Qualifications/Skills:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a construction or showroom environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
* Knowledge of products is an advantage (training provided).
* A customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
