We have partnered with our IT client in their search for an experienced Front End Developer to join them for an initial 6 month contract, with view to extend.
This role is offered on a flexible hybrid basis, with the client's office based in Dublin.
Responsibilities Build responsive, scalable web applications using Java Script, Angular, and ideally Ext JS.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Integrate mapping libraries like Leaflet, Open Layers, or Arc GIS SDK.
Work with geospatial services (WMS, WFS, REST APIs) to bring spatial data to life.
Partner with back-end, GIS, and Dev Ops teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Skills Required Strong experience in Java Script and front-end frameworks (Angular JS/Angular), as well as ext.js.
Experience in.
NETExperience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and web services.
Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and version control (Git/TFS).
Desirable Extras Knowledge of mapping platforms (Geo Server, Map Server, Arc GIS).
Familiarity with geospatial formats (Geo JSON) and services.
